These terms apply to the purchase and use of LS_Scalper, an Expert Advisor (trading robot) for the MetaTrader 5 platform, sold on this website.
Product. You buy a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the compiled robot file (.ex5). Source code is not included.
License. The license is tied to the MetaTrader 5 account number you provide. Reselling, sharing, decompiling or redistributing the file is not allowed.
Price and payment. The price is shown on the product page in USD. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency through the Trybit payment gateway. Network fees are paid by the buyer.
No financial advice. The software is a tool for automating trading and for educational purposes. It is not investment advice, and no profit is guaranteed.
Risk. Trading leveraged products such as Gold (XAU/USD) CFDs carries a high level of risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past and backtested results do not guarantee future returns. You are responsible for your own risk settings and should test the robot on a demo account first.
Liability. The software is provided "as is". The seller is not liable for trading losses, broker conditions, connection problems or any other damages resulting from its use.
Delivery
LS_Scalper is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically.
After payment you are redirected to a confirmation page with instructions.
Send your payment ID (or the email used at checkout) and your MT5 account number via Telegram or email.
You receive the robot file, setup guide and recommended settings, usually within a few hours and no later than 24 hours.
Refund Policy
Because the product is a digital file that cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final after delivery.
You are entitled to a full refund if the product is not delivered within 48 hours of a confirmed payment.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the file does not run on MetaTrader 5 and the issue cannot be fixed with our support.
Trading results, losses or dissatisfaction with performance are not grounds for a refund.
Refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency, minus network fees. Contact us by email or Telegram to request one.
Privacy Policy
What we collect. Only what you send us to complete your order: your email or Telegram username, payment ID and MT5 account number.
Why. To deliver the product, issue your license and provide support.
Payments. Payments are processed by Trybit. We do not receive or store your wallet keys or payment credentials.
Sharing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by law.
Your rights. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us.
